TOO MUCH PUPPY
Rex was too much puppy for his previous home and so they had to make the tough decision to help him find a better suited environment so they contacted IBR for help. IBR offered to take Rex into their foster program so he could find a new home. Rex is a VERY active puppy and will need a special home to help him on his road to adulthood.
